  • Title (Up to 15 word)
  • List of authors (presenting author listed first)
  • Affiliation (Institutional Affiliation)
  • Please mention your preference for presentation: Oral/Poster/Either
  • Contact details of the first/presenting author
  • Structured abstract under following headings
    • Introduction
    • Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • References (optional)

FOR CASE REPORTS THE ABSTRACT SHOULD BE STRUCTURED INTO THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS :

  • Introduction
  • Case report
  • Conclusions
  • References (optional)

4. TABLE : ONE TABLE IN THE WORD FORMAT (INSERT TABLE IN MAIN TEXT AFTER CONCLUSION/REFERENCES).

5. IMAGES : ONE IMAGE IN HIGH QUALITY JPEG FORMAT (TO BE SUBMITTED SEPARATELY). PLEASE CITE THE FIGURE IN MAIN TEXT OF ABSTRACT.


GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION :

Abstracts related to basic and clinical research in the field of immunology may be submitted.

The abstract should not have been already published or should not be a part of a publication in a peer reviewed journal.

Last date for submission of abstracts is 30th September, 2019.

Registration for the congress is mandatory.

Abstracts will be judged according to the scientific merit and relevance by the scientific committee.

Abstract should not contain brand names, trade names or non-standard acronyms or any commercial advertisements.

It is implied that the authors, by virtue of submission of the abstract, agree to the publication of the same in the souvenir of the conference/Indian journal of Rheumatology.

Abstracts can only be submitted online via the online abstract submission system

Abstracts sent by post or email will not be accepted.

Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted. No proofreading will be done.

Abstract will be accepted for either oral presentation or poster presentation.

Should you decide to withdraw your abstract, a written statement reflecting the reasons for this decision must be sent via email not later than 1st January 2020.

If an abstract is accepted as a poster presentation, the presenting author will be requested to be available for discussion during the corresponding poster viewing session.
